Project management, implementation of innovations and special requests, Contract negotiations with mit external partners/provider/carrier, as well ongoing Controlling in implementation and operations. Globaler corporate&group IT-Projects. Implementation of Group standards. Security and BCM concepts (Tabletop and firedrilling exercises), Backend and Datacenter consolidation/migrations. Global Client-Design. LAN/WAN Optimazation/Acceleration with Riverbed/Simplivty technology. Evaluation and implementation global VoIP-Phone-Plattform. Teamcoordination and responsibilty (intern/extern) 25 Employees. High budget responsibilty.
International Law and Tax firm - Consultant: 2005 - to date
Co-Location- concept and design. DataCenter evaluation and setup, virtualization "IaaS", interconnect of 3 locations into the DC, Backup-, BCM- and DR-planing and -concept. Project management. Handover into Operations. - Rollout-2Factor Authentication globally.
International Finance-/Investmentmanager - Consultant: 2012-2014
Global WAN/LAN Infrastructure including global managed Wireless-LAN, further WAN-Acceleration, Support in RFP- und selection process, Support in contract negotioations and also implementation, project management on customer side.
Management Office German Topmanagers - Consultant: 2008 - to date
Setup central office, strategic consulting, design and implementation of IT-Infrastructure including operations, full-managed backend. Integration of several Corporate IT´s into the local IT-setup (VDI/Printing/Video-Conference), Negotiations with Corporate-IT-companies, Implementation of predefined IT-Security-Policies, Chinese-Walls. Evaluation and implementation VoIP. Secure-Access concept also mobile Devices/EMM. - Project management in additional office space construction.

Consultancy contract for IT Analysis, Optimization. Identification and replacement of Toxic-IT, Migration Microsoft Exchange to Hosted-Managed platforms, Infrastruktur-as-a-Service. Backup and BCM consultancy in regard to SOX und Solvency.
